These super soft velvet bellbottoms feature a fitted hip and thigh with a perfect flare that starts at the knee and a ruffle at the hem. I designed this rose print myself and had it printed on luxurious soft four way stretch velvet. They fit beautifully and are so much fun to wear. 

Small fits size 2 to 4

Medium fits 6 to 8

Large fits 10 to 12

Inseam comes in 2 lengths.. 34.5 and 32.
